More Woes for Giants Kyle Finnegan
Friday, October 13th , 2023
It was learned today in San Francisco that reliever Kyle Finnegan would miss more time because his recovery from elbow inflammation was not going as well as expected. The Giants, however, were quick to relay that the setback did not seem to be serious and that Finnegan would only miss 2 weeks more.
Finnegan has taken the hill for 59 relief appearances this season, nailing down 2 saves while notching a 5-1 record with a 1.92 ERA. The San Francisco reliever has limited opposing batters to a .194 batting average.
