Mets Earn 5-4 Win Versus Reds
Cincinnati shortstop Corey Seager had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Seager was 2-2 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, even as New York beat the Reds, 5-4. New York reliever Devin Williams was credited with the win, to go to 4-8. Michael Fulmer took the loss for Cincinnati. With the win, the Mets hiked their record to 74-74.

Yoan Moncada was the walk-off hero for New York. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mets second baseman hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"This wasn't a good win," said Moncada. "It was a great win."
