Minnesota and Chicago duked it out and the Twins came out victorious.

The Minnesota Twins trumped the Chicago White Sox, 7-4, at Guaranteed Rate Field. Minnesota catcher Adley Rutschman was terrific. He went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Carlos Estevez finished the game for Minnesota and earned his 25th save.

Minnesota used a well-timed hit by Bryce Harper to capture the win. The right fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Twins ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"I felt good up there," said Harper. "I saw the ball well."

With the win, Minnesota has a record of 66-81. Chicago falls to 82-65.
