Berry Wins Best Bat Trophy in May Saturday, June 1st , 2024 Sacramento River Cats fans may just have witnessed a star player blossoming before their eyes in May. Jacob Berry put up a remarkable month at the age of 23 and has been named the Pacific Coast League Batter of the Month. For the month, Berry hit .444 with 10 home runs, 35 RBIs and 29 runs scored. Currently Berry has 15 home runs and a .353 batting average. |
