The Los Angeles Angels picked up a win at Angel Stadium of Anaheim, taking down the Houston Astros, 4-3, in 10 innings. On the mound for Los Angeles was right-hander Griffin Canning. He played a central role in the triumph. The winning continues for Los Angeles, with the latest triumph making it 7 straight.

The decisive blow was delivered by Kyle Tucker in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a 2-run home run off 33-year old right-handed pitcher Pierce Johnson to win the game for Los Angeles. The home crowd went nuts.

"We're obviously playing with a lot of confidence," said Los Angeles manager John McGee.
