Mariners Rally to Nose Past Houston

Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Seattle Mariners got the win.
The Seattle Mariners dealt the Houston Astros a 4-3 loss at T-Mobile Park. Manny Machado was the star on offense. He went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Seattle reliever Chris Martin picked up the win to move to 2-0. Joe Jimenez suffered the loss.
The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with Seattle trailing 3-2, Machado hit a slider from Joe Jimenez for a 2-run home run, giving the Mariners the walk-off win.
"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Machado said.
Seattle has run its win streak to 4 consecutive.
