The Tampa Bay Rays received a superlative performance from starting pitcher Kevin Gausman, allowing them to bump off the Milwaukee Brewers, 5-0. The Brewers fall to 13-17 and continue their uneven start to the 2024 season.

Gausman dominated for Tampa Bay, raising his record to 4-2. Milwaukee hitters had few good at-bats against the right-hander, who scattered 3 hits over 8 innings while striking out 2.
